This scene depicts a scene at an old folks' home. In the picture, there is a lady, whom i think is a maid or a nurse or something, with many old folks. She is interacting with them by playing a game of ball throwing with them. I believe that this activity is very meaningful as old people needs exercise and this is a great way.
